Welcome to The Fix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thefixstrips.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from us. Please read them carefully — by browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

In these Terms, "The Fix," "we," "us" and "our" refer to The Fix; "you" refers to the person accessing the Site or placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to purchase from us or create an account. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our products

The Fix sells functional dietary supplement oral strips. Our products are dietary supplements — they are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only, is not medical advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Always read the label and product information before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before using any dietary supplement. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction. You use our products at your own discretion and responsibility.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to manage orders and subscriptions. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts we reasonably believe have been used in breach of these Terms.

4. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we send confirmation that it has shipped. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order — including after a confirmation email — for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or an inability to ship to your location. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We aim to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur; where a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment as described above.

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges are shown at checkout or, for international orders, may be payable on delivery (see our Shipping Policy).

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery timeframes, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

7. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a subscription ("Subscribe & Save" or similar), you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can pause or cancel at any time from your account page; changes take effect for orders that have not yet entered processing. Orders already shipped are charged as normal and are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Promotions & discounts

Discount codes, offers and promotions are subject to any terms stated at the time they are offered. They cannot be applied retroactively, may not be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the name "The Fix," our logos, text, graphics, images, packaging designs and overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Reviews & submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content to us or the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it is accurate, your own, and not unlawful or offensive. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to use it in any way that could damage or impair the Site or another person's use of it.

12. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site or our products beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fix and its team from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, where The Fix operates. The courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute — although this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws that apply in your country of residence.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply to orders placed after the change is posted, so please review the Terms periodically.
